The list of events appears.
Click on Add to add a new event.
The event form appears where you can add the details. The form has three sections—Details, Content, and Submit Actions.

Date: Click on the date icon to see the calendar. Select a date for the event—this is the event date.
Whole Day Events: Select this box if the event is a whole day event. When you select it, the End Time option disappears because full day events do not need to have the event end time.
Start Time and End Time: Click on the time icon and set the event start time and end time. If you selected the Whole Day Events box, the End Time setting is not available.
Event Type
Select Non Recurring if this is a one-time event.

Subject: Write the subject or topic of the event such as its agenda.

Note: The documents are available depending on the group code that you select for this event, in the Details section. If you have not selected any group code, the document dropdown list is not available to you.
You can upload a new document from your own computer, or from the 2Way server. Click on Add Document to see the document upload options. (Please see Attach documents section in Common tasks and features for more details on adding documents.)
