Recent Activity

The Recent Activity panel displays a timeline of all key actions taken within the platform, such as member updates, content changes, and report submissions. Filters can be applied to customize the view, allowing you to focus on specific types of activities, such as user input, system events, or content updates. The panel offers an at-a-glance overview of what’s happening in real-time, helping admins and moderators stay on top of the latest interactions within the system.

NOTE: Time in the Recent Activity feed is in UTC.

 

Submitted Reports Stats

This section provides an overview of reports submitted by members:

  1. Filters: Select specific groups or report types to include in the graph.
  2. Slider: Adjust the timeframe displayed in the graph.
  3. Reset Button: Resets the slider to display the entire period.
  4. Number of Reports: Shows total reports submitted for the selected period.
  5. Average: Displays the average number of reports for the shown period.
  6. Submitted Reports Toggle: Turns the report count (4) on/off.
  7. Average Toggle: Turns the average count (5) on/off.
  8. Unread Reports: Shows unread reports and links to the report list.
  9. Unread Comments: Displays unread comments and links to the report list.
  10. Flagged Reports: Shows the number of flagged reports.

 

Member Stats

This section provides an overview of member activity in the system:

  • Total Members: The total number of members in the Admin Dashboard.
  • Eligible for Login: Members marked as active and able to log in to the app.
  • Logged in Members: Active members currently logged into the app. Members are logged out if they log out themselves, are made inactive by an admin, or their group is changed. This count determines the monthly charge per member.
  • Logged in Members %: The percentage of logged-in members out of all eligible members.
  • Initial Logins: Members who have logged into the app at least once, regardless of their current status.
  • Active App Notifications: Members who have enabled notifications in the app.
  • Average Devices per Logged in Member: The average number of devices used per logged-in member.

 

System Stats

This section provides an overview of key system settings:

  • MFA Status: Displays whether Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) is enabled. We recommend enabling MFA for enhanced security.
  • Sync Status: Indicates whether the API set up between client and 2Way member base is up and running. A green dot indicates normal operation while orange indicates a fault. 
  • Password Update: Displays the last time the password was updated. For security, it's recommended to update passwords every 3 to 6 months to maintain optimal protection.

 

Events Calendar

The Events Calendar displays upcoming events by day, week, or month. Clicking on an event takes you to the Events page list view, where you can add, modify, or access attendance records for events. Use the navigation buttons to switch between timeframes or return to today's date.
