Overview
To manage reports, you can access the Reports Module via Menu > Reports. The module provides tools to view, edit, flag, and export reports. These actions can be performed individually or in bulk for efficiency.

1. Viewing Reports
Reports can be accessed and reviewed from the Reports Table View. Here’s how to navigate the module:
- Access Table View: Navigate to Menu > Reports to see all submitted reports. Use the search bar or filters (Groups, Types, Attributes, etc.) to refine the list.
- Preview Reports: Click a report to open the Preview Pane on the right, displaying report details, content, and notes.
- Enlarge View: Use the Enlarge Icon in the preview pane to view detailed content and chat history.

2. Handling Reports
This article explains how to manage reports using the Reports module, covering actions such as exporting reports, forwarding via email, setting statuses, accessing chats, and deleting reports. Actions can be performed via the table view, preview pane, or bulk actions.
Exporting Reports
Click the Action menu and select an export format:
- PDF (No Image)
- PDF (With Images)
- PDF (With Images, Comments)
- Excel
- CSV
Forwarding via Email
Choose Send via Email from the action menu or bulk actions.
In the popup, configure the following:
- Select PDF Template: (e.g., PDF with image).
- Select from Emails List: Choose from a predefined email list or manually add emails separated by commas.
- Add to Emails List: Save new email addresses to the list for future use.
- Notes: Include any additional comments.
- Attachment: Upload an additional file (up to 8 MB).
Click Send to forward the report.
Note: Manage the email list via the Manage Page in the main menu.
Setting Status
1. Use the Select New Status in preview pane to update the report’s status for that report.
2.Bulk status updates can also be applied using the Set Status option in bulk actions.
Accessing Chat
1. Open the chat using the Chat button in the preview pane.
2. Leave comments or engage in discussions with the member who submitted the report.
Note: Chat comments are visible in app to the submitting member. For internal notes, use the Add Notes field in the preview pane.
Deleting Reports
1. Select Delete from the action menu or bulk actions.
2. Confirm the deletion in the popup.
Note: This action is permanent and cannot be reversed.
FAQs for Managing Reports
Q1: Can I access actions for multiple reports simultaneously?
A: Yes, use the Bulk Actions feature in the top bar of the table view. Select multiple reports and choose actions like exporting, forwarding, or setting statuses.
Q2: How can I manage the email list for forwarding reports?
A: The email list can be managed through the Manage Page in the main menu. You can add, edit, or delete email addresses from the list.
Q3: What happens if I delete a report?
A: Deleted reports are permanently removed and cannot be restored. Ensure you have exported necessary information before deletion.
Q4: Can I modify the reminder email settings for report statuses?
A: Reminder email settings for each report type are configured in the Status Page, accessible via the top bar. These settings cannot be changed directly in the report management view.
