Overview
To access the Hotel Review settings, go to either App Features > Hotel Reviews Settings or Destination > Hotel Review. This screen allows you to enable hotel reviews, set requirements for reviews, and define various parameters such as ratings and tags for member feedback.

- Use the Allow Review setting to specify the review trigger based on the member's rating. For example, selecting "less than or equal to 4" allows members to give detailed feedback if their rating is 4 stars or below.
- Managing Review Edit Delays
- Use this setting to define how many days must pass before a member can submit additional review of the same hotel. Enter the desired delay in days.
- Creating Review Tags
- Create tags such as "Wifi", "Cleanliness", and "Food" to help members quickly provide structured feedback using predefined tags. The tags appear when reviews fall below the defined rating threshold.
