Overview:

To access the Hotel Reviews, go to

 

Destination > Hotel Review. The page lists all hotel reviews, displaying key information about the reviews such as hotel names, ratings, and tags.

  • Hotel Name: Lists the hotel names for each review.
  • Rating: Displays the rating given by members.
  • Review: Shows the review content members submitted.
  • Review Tags: Displays quick feedback tags (if available) like 'Breakfast', 'Check-in', etc.
  • Reviewed By: Indicates which member submitted the review.
  • Group Code: The group associated with the review.
  • Visit Dates: Shows the check-in and check-out dates for the member's stay.
  • Posted On: The date when the review was submitted.
  • Action: Allows admins to delete the review.

  1. Viewing Hotel Reviews
    All reviews are listed in the table, which provides key details such as hotel names, ratings, and review tags. Clicking the column headers will sort the table by that column.

  2. Filtering and Sorting Reviews
    The reviews can be filtered using the Reviewer or Group Code filters at the top. Searching by kewirds using the search box. To reset all filters, click Clear Filters. Sorting can be done by clicking the headers for any column.

  3. Deleting a Review
    To delete a review, click the red trash can icon next to the review in the Action column. Deleting a review is irreversible.

Q: Can members edit or update their hotel reviews?
A: No, members cannot directly edit or update their reviews once posted. They can submit new reviews after the delay set in the Hotel Review Settings.

Q: Can admins modify reviews submitted by members?
A: No, admins can only delete reviews; they cannot modify member reviews.

Q: What happens when a review is deleted?
A: When a review is deleted, it is removed permanently from the system and cannot be recovered.
