Overview:

You can manage individual members through the Action Menu found in the Members list or via the Preview Pane when viewing member details. For managing multiple members, you can select multiple members in the Members list and use the Tools Menu to apply bulk actions, such as showing or hiding members or setting them as active or inactive.

The available actions are:

  • Show in Members Module: Makes the member visible to others in the app's Members module.
  • Hide in Members Module: Hides the member from the app's Members module.
  • Contact Details Settings: Adjust which contact details (email, phone) are visible in the app's Members module.
  • Reset Disclaimer Flag: Resets the member’s acknowledgment of any disclaimers or terms if that feature is enabled.
  • Email Password Reset Link: Sends the member an email with a link to reset their password.
  • Add/Remove Sub-Groups: Allows you to assign or remove the member from sub-groups.
  • Set Active: Changes the members status to Active which allows access to the app.
  • Set Inactive: Changes the member's status to Inactive, blocking access to the app and logging them out if they are currently logged in.
  • Delete: Permanently deletes the member from the platform. NOTE: If members are synced from your member base system, this action should typically be managed there.
