In the members' list there is an option to select multiple members and take common action on all the selected members. For example you can change the status of all selected members, or show or hide them in the members list.

Click on Members in the sidebar.

 

The list of members appears.

In the first column, select the target members in the list. When you select members, the Tools menu appears  above the list.

The Tools dropdown shows a set of actions that you can take on all the selected members.

 

Hide from members list

Select this action to hide the selected members from the members' list in the app. When you hide these members, their status changes to Hidden, in the Member Display Status column in the members list.

 

Show in members list

Select this action to show the selected members from the members' list in the app. You can use this action if some members are hidden as you can see their status in the Member Display Status column in the members list.

In the Tools menu, click on Show in members list to show the members in the app.

 

Reset disclaimer flag

Select this action to reset the disclaimer flag for the selected members.

 

Change status—active and inactive

Email password reset link

If you want to send password reset link via an email, select the members and use this action in the Tools menu. 

 

Add/remove sub-groups

Select this action to add or remove the selected members from the assigned sub-groups. When you select this action, the Add/Remove Sub Groups dialog opens, as below.

 

  • Add: Select Add to add a group code to the selected members.
  • Remove: Select Remove to remove the group code from the selected members.

In Group code, select the group for the appropriate action.

Click on Apply to add or remove the selected code from the members.

Click on Cancel to cancel this action.
