You can see a list of all the members, with basic information of each member.
Click on Members in the sidebar.
The list of members appears.
You can customize the list view to select what specific columns you want to see in the list. (More on the Customize options later in this article.)
For example in the above screenshot, you can see following details of each member.
Select multiple members: When you select one or more members in the list, a Tools dropdown menu appears. (Please see Group actions on multiple members for more details.)
First Name: The first name of the member
Last Name: The last name of the member
Group Code: The group code to which the corresponding member belongs
Member Display Status: Whether the member is shown the app
Status: The member status whether they are active or inactive
User Name: The username of the member
City: The city that the member have in their profile details
Last Session: The date when the member logged in to their account last time
In Action column, you can see different actions for each member. The member status determines which actions are available for you.
Customize the list view
You have an option to select what all columns you want to see in the list. Click on Customize and the columns' list appears.
Note: You can select maximum of eight columns to see in the list.
Sort and filter the list
You can sort the list and use filters too to see specific types of members in a specific sequence. For example click on First Name in the column heading and the members are sorted based on their first names.
Similarly, click on City, or any other column heading name to sort the list accordingly.
Group Code
In Group Code column, select the code from the dropdown list. At present, you can see only one code–2Way. The filter option helps you when you have multiple codes and you want to see the members for a specific code only.
Click on Clear Filters to clear the filters and reset the list to the default view.
Search a member
Use Search Members search field to find a member. As you start writing the search term, the list updates in real time to show you the matching members.
Page view settings
You can set up how many members you want to see in a single page before moving to the next page.
