When you see many newsletters in the list, there is an option to select more than one newsletter and take common action on all the selected newsletters. For example you can select few newsletters and add or remove these from a target group, or assign a label to all the selected newsletters.

Click on News in the sidebar.

In the first column, select the target newsletters in the list. When you select newsletters, two new actions appear above the list.

 

Tools

The Tools dropdown shows a set of actions that you can take on all the selected newsletters.

 

Click on the Tools menu to see the following actions.

 

Add/Remove Target Groups: Select this option to add the selected newsletters to the same target group, or to remove these from the same target group.

Set Label: Select this option to set the same label to all the selected newsletters. The Assign label dialog opens.

 

In Add Label, select a label. (Please see Newsletter labels for more details.)

Click on Apply. All the selected newsletters show the new label now.

 

Submit to App

Click on Submit to App to submit all the selected newsletters to the app.
