The Tools menu in events' list

When you see many events in the list, there is an option to select more than one event and take common action on all the selected events. For example you can select few events and add or remove all the selected events to a target group.

Click on Events in the sidebar.

The list of events appears.

In the first column, select the target events in the list. When you select events, two new actions appear above the list.

Tools

The Tools dropdown shows a set of actions that you can take on all the selected events.

Click on the Tools menu to see the following actions.

Add/Remove Target groups

Select this action to add the selected events to the same target group, or to remove these from the same target group.

1. In Action, select Add or Remove to add or remove a group to all the selected events.
2. In Group code, select a group code for the selected action.
3. Click on Apply.
