To view or manage survey responses, navigate to the Survey Module. From the survey table, you can:
- Open the Preview Pane to review survey details.
- Access the Responses Page to analyze participant answers.
- Use bulk actions to update multiple surveys simultaneously.

1. Using the Preview Pane
The Preview Pane provides quick access to survey details and actions. To open the Preview Pane:
- Locate the survey in the table view.
- Click on the survey title or row to expand the Preview Pane.
Key Features in the Preview Pane

Top Summary:
- Displays the survey title, hero image, and participation status.
- Shows key metrics:
- Number of questions.
- Qualified participants.
- Participation rate.

Basic Details:
- Creation, modification, live, and expiration dates.
- Assigned target groups, bases, equipment, and positions/ranks.

List of Questions:
- View all survey questions along with their types (e.g., Single Choice, Rating).
Actions from the Preview Pane
Access the Action Menu from the top-right corner or the table view action menu (three dots) to:
- Set Inactive: Disable the survey.
- Delete Responses: Reset all participant data.
- View Responses: Open the Responses Page.
- Duplicate: Create a copy of the survey.
- Delete: Permanently remove the survey.
2. Viewing the Responses Page
The Responses Page provides detailed insights into survey participation and responses. To access:
- Open the Preview Pane and select View Responses from the Action Menu. Also accesable from table view actions menu.
- This opens the reponse page showing details same as in Preview pane.
- Click Responses to view survey response details.

3. Performing Bulk Actions
Bulk actions allow you to update multiple surveys at once. To perform bulk actions:
- Select surveys from the table view using the checkboxes.
- Open the Tools Menu and choose an action:
- Export to Excel or CSV: Download survey data.
- Add/Remove Target Groups: Update participant groups.
- Set Active Status: Set selected surveys to Active status, live.
