Edit a survey

You can edit a survey, if required. Click on Surveys in the left sidebar.

 

The list of surveys appears.

Locate the target survey in the list.

In Action column, click on the three dots to see different actions.

 

Click on Edit.

The survey form page opens where you can see the survey details, its questions, and survey notifications settings.

Make changes as required. If the survey is open to the participants, you cannot change the existing questions in the survey. You can remove or add new questions.

Click on Save to save the changes.

 

Delete a survey

There are different options to delete a survey.

In surveys list

In the Action column, click on the three dots to see the actions. Click on Delete.

 

The system asks to confirm if you want to delete the survey.

 

Click on Ok to confirm it.

 

While viewing survey response

When you see survey responses, the Action menu shows you an option to delete the survey. (Pleas see Survey details for more information.)
