This option is for those use cases when you might have the member base connected to 2Way by using our APIs. The data synch is ON by default.

There can be times when you want to stop the API to fetch and send members' data to the apps. In this case, you can stop the data synch. So, when the member module is hooked up to a clients database using the 2Way APIs, this action to sync OFF stops the sync process between the two databases.

Click on Manage in the sidebar.

 

The navigation expands.

Click on Member Groups. The member groups' list appears.

Click on Turn Synch OFF. The system asks you to confirm.

 

Click on Ok to confirm it.
