You can see a list of all documents, with basic information of each document.

Click on Documents in the sidebar.

 

A list of documents appears.

You can see following details for each document.

Submit to App: A checkbox is available for each document. Select one or more documents and submit these to the app. (Please see Using Tools menu in documents list more details on how to submit the documents to the app.)

Date: The publishing date of the corresponding document.

Name: The name of the document.

Documents Group: The document group to which the document belongs

Group Code: The group code for the document.

App Status: For every document, the status can be following.

  • Update pending: If you add a new document and save it, you need to submit it for publishing in the app. (Please see Add new document for details.)
  • Draft: If the document is auto-saved. You can edit this document and when you save it, the status changes to Update pending.
  • Active or Inactive: The document status whether it is active or inactive. (Please see Document status for more details.)

In the Action column, you can see options to edit or delete a document, to change its status, or to submit it to the app. (Please see Edit or delete a document for details.)

 

 

 

Using filters in the documents list

You can use filters to sort the list of documents. The following filters are available.

 

Date and Time

In Date and Time column, click on Date to sort the list by the latest date first. Click on the Date title again to reverse the sequence and now the oldest date document shows up at the top in the list.

You can also select the date range within which you want to see the events. Click on the calendar icon to set the range of dates.

 

Fort by name, documents group

Click on any of the above titles to sort the list alphabetically.

 

Filter by document group

In Documents Group column, select a documents group from the dropdown list.

 

In the Action column, click on the Clear button to clear the filters and reset the list.

Search a document

Use Search Documents search field to find a document. As you start writing the search term, the list updates in real time to show you the matching documents. The search term can be either in the document name or document type.

Page view settings

You can set up how many documents you want to see in a single page before moving to the next page.
