When you see many journals in the list, there is an option to select more than one journal and take common action on all the selected journals. For example you can select few journals and add or remove all the selected journals to a target group.
Click on Journals in the sidebar.

In the first column, select the target journals in the list. When you select journals, two new actions appear above the list.
Tools
The Tools dropdown shows a set of actions that you can take on all the selected journals.
Click on the Tools menu to see the following actions.
Add/Remove Target Groups
Select this action to add the selected journals to the same target group, or to remove these from the same target group.
- In Action, select Add or Remove to add or remove a group to all the selected journals.
- In Group code, select a group code for the selected action.
- Click on Apply.
Set Journal Groups
Select this action to add the selected journals to the same journal group, or to remove these from the same journal group. (Please see Journal groups for more details.)
In Add Journal Group, select the journal group. This journal group is added to all the journals that you selected in the list.
Submit to App
Click on Submit to App to submit all the selected journals to the app.
