Overview
To access the Emergency module, go to Dashboard > Emergency Contacts. You will be taken to the main page of the Emergency module, where you can manage emergency contact details, checklists, and sample statements.
The Emergency module contains three sections:
- Contacts Details: Manage the contact information for emergency situations.
- Checklist: Maintain and manage items to be followed during an emergency.
- Sample Statement: Provide a sample statement that can be used in emergency communications.
On the left-hand pane, you can rearrange the order of these sections by dragging and dropping. The order of these sections will be reflected in the app, determining the tab order as shown to members.

The Contacts Details section allows admins to manage emergency contact information visible in the app.

Contacts Details:
- Display in App: Check this box to show the emergency contact information in the app.
- Phone 1 & Phone 2: Enter labels (e.g., "Union Emergency Number") and phone numbers for the first and second emergency contacts. These can be essential contacts such as union representatives or external emergency services.
- The Help text can guide the member what these numbers are and when to use.
- SMS Contact: If there is a dedicated number for SMS message, include the label and the phone number for members to contact via text.
- Safety Guide: You can provide a Safety Guide Title and a Safety Guide Text (e.g., "Union-specific guidelines" or procedures). These safety guides will offer members guidelines or instructions in emergencies.
Make sure to save any updates to reflect them in the app.
