You can set a survey status as Active or Inactive anytime. An Inactive survey is not available in the app, and so you can use the Active and Inactive options to show or hide the survey in the app, in specific cases.

Click on Surveys in the left sidebar.

 

A list of all surveys appears.

Locate the target survey in the list.

In Action column, click on the three dots to see different actions.

 

Change to Active

If the status of a survey is Inactive, you can see the button as Set Active. Click on this action and the survey status changes.

 

Change to Inactive

If the status of a survey is Active, you can see the button as Set Inactive. Click on this action and the survey status changes.

The status updates in the list of surveys too. (Please see Surveys list for more details.)
