Enabling App Feedback:

  • In the Admin Dashboard, go to App Features > App Feedback.
  • Check the Enable App Feedback box to make the feedback option available in the app.

 

Choosing the Feedback Method:

  • Email: Select this to open the member's default email client for feedback submission.
  • Dedicated Report Form: Select this to allow members to submit feedback through a report template. You must choose a Report Type from the dropdown to link the form.

Save, Reset, and Feedback Activation:

  • Click Save to apply your changes and activate feedback in the app.
  • Click Reset to revert any unsaved changes.
