Enabling App Feedback:
- In the Admin Dashboard, go to App Features > App Feedback.
- Check the Enable App Feedback box to make the feedback option available in the app.
Choosing the Feedback Method:
- Email: Select this to open the member's default email client for feedback submission.
- Dedicated Report Form: Select this to allow members to submit feedback through a report template. You must choose a Report Type from the dropdown to link the form.
Save, Reset, and Feedback Activation:
- Click Save to apply your changes and activate feedback in the app.
- Click Reset to revert any unsaved changes.
