When you want to add a new survey, you can create a duplicate of an already existing survey. It saves your time to create new surveys with similar values for survey details, its questions, and notification settings.

If the original survey has received some results from its participants, the results are not copied to the new survey that is copy of the original survey. Only the survey details, its questions, and notifications settings are duplicated in the new survey.

Click on Surveys in the left sidebar. A list of existing surveys shows, as below.

 

Locate the survey that you want to use to create a new and duplicate survey. In Action, click on the three dots to see the actions. 

Click Duplicate.

The app backend asks you to confirm if you want to create a duplicate survey.

Click on Ok to confirm it.

The survey form page opens. It shows the original survey details, its questions, and the notifications and other settings.

Make the changes as required, such as in its description, or to add or remove any questions. (Please see Add new survey for the detailed steps on how you can edit and save this new survey.)

Note: You cannot edit the questions; you can remove a question from this survey if you want to.

Click on Save to save the new survey.
