The backend system helps you set up and organize the committees in two different lists—as Special Committees and General Committees.

  • General Committee: A committee representing all groups within the union, a cross-group committee.
  • Special Committee: A committee represents a single group within the union, specializing in matters only applicable to that group.

Click on Contacts in the sidebar.

 

You can see a section with the list of board, staff, and the committees members. In the first section, Board is selected by default. In the second parallel section, the board members are shown in the list.

 

See committee members

For any committee, you can see how many members are part of this committee.

Click on any committee name to see its list of members, for example as below.

 

For each member in the list, you can see the member name, their role, and a profile picture if available.

Click on any member name and the member details appear in the parallel section.
